The person partly responsible for getting her groomed for the role as far as fitness is concerned was none other than celebrity Pilates coach, Namrata Purohit. With the help of the famous fitness coach, Janhvi Kapoor has completed nearly six years of dedicated Pilates practice. In a recent post shared by the instructor, Janhvi can be seen working on her glutes, core and arms on the reformer. The coordination of the leg and arm extension requires steady focus in order to achieve optimum balance and results. Of course, Janhvi Kapoor is more or less a pro now. It's not the first time that Namrata Purohit has given us a glimpse into Janhvi Kapoor's pilates routine. Back in March, Namrata shared a picture of Janhvi on her Instagram Stories. In the image, Janhvi appeared to be performing an advanced leg press using the strap on the reformer box. This intense movement is beneficial for developing and toning the glute and hamstring muscles.

Before that, we were treated to a sneak peek into Janhvi Kapoor's warm-up session. However, she wasn't alone; the diva was accompanied by two of her industry colleagues - Ananya Panday and Sara Ali Khan. In a video shared by Namrata Purohit on Instagram, the trio can be seen doing squats as part of their warm-up routine.“A still from their warm up today!
