Be it fitness or beauty, one can always count on Samantha Ruth Prabhu for effective tips. Recently, Samantha shared a post on her Instagram revealing her beauty secrets. In the post, she can be seen appreciating her skin. She said, “Woke up feeling grateful for my skin and how well it has been behaving lately. I no longer need to quickly reach for concealer like I used to, and people have stopped asking me if I am tired.” Samantha finally answered one of the most asked questions: “How do you get that glow”? To which she said, “The truth is, I've been getting a lot of help with my skin. When I fell sick and had to go on strong medications, my skin was the first to suffer. Pigmentation, dryness, puffiness and other issues appeared out of nowhere, and nothing I used before worked anymore.”

Further, she also revealed how she is getting help with her skin and decided to take the non-invasive route to restore her skin health. She said how she has been religiously doing Pico laser, red light therapy and facials focused on lymphatic drainage. For people who don't know, we have listed how these three treatments help skin grow healthier and glowing.
Pico Laser
The Pico laser treatment is a procedure that uses the art laser technology to treat brown spots, fine lines, wrinkles and sun damage, along with stimulating collagen and elastin production.
Red light therapy
Red light therapy or RLT, is a treatment that uses low levels of red light to reportedly improve your skin's appearance like reducing wrinkles, scars redness and acne.
Facials focused on lymphatic drainage
Lymphatic drainage facials are specialised treatments that promote lymphatic circulations to detoxify and rejuvenate the skin. They are helpful in removing toxins, waste and excess fluid from the body.
Samantha also spoke about how she became more skin sensible. She wrote, “I've become a lot more skin-sensible and will never go back to taking my skin for granted. The biggest lesson I've learnt is that skin health isn't just about beauty: It's a vital part of our overall well-being.”
The star also sheds light on in-clinic treatments and answered the question if it is important for everyone to take it. “Maybe not! But it you're tempted to try the latest skin procedure, make sure to find an expert who prioritizes your skin's health over quick fixes.” She further said, “that apart, some basics are non-negotiable: sun protection, hydration (inside and out), good nutrition for that healthy, glowing skin from within.”
Concluding her post she said, “So there you go—the “secret” behind my skincare, no secret at all.”
