Aerial yoga, also known as anti-gravity yoga, shares a lot of similarities with traditional yoga. However, in aerial yoga, the weight of your body is supported by a hammock. That means you are suspended in the air while performing. Aerial yoga has additional benefits when compared to traditional yoga. Aerial yoga is best to soothe back pain, enhances flexibility, provides balance and body stability.
Next, Neha and Aisha went for a peaceful Thai massage. A traditional massage practice in Thailand, Thai massages differ from Western massages. The massage involves the therapist's hands with varying pressure on the muscles and ligaments. The warmed scented oil adds to the relaxation of the Thai massage. Thai massages not only help relax muscles and relieve pain but also improves blood circulation, promotes mental calmness, and improves flexibility.
Neha and Aisha then concluded their day with a skin pampering session. Neha shared a photo on Instagram, showcasing the traditional facial technique using skin rollers. The simple act of massaging your face with a face roller has many benefits for your skin. It can reduce stress and tension just like body massages. A roller facial decreases puffiness, soothes the skin and improves blood circulation in your face.
Neha and Aisha's wellness day will make you book your spa appointment ASAP.
