Along with the two making for an adorable sister act, it was Deepika's look that had our attention, no surprises there. Deepika styled her Rosetta Getty gingham dress over jeans with a bold red lip and a centre-parted ponytail with bouncy waves. We always knew that ponytails were perfect to pull together on hurried mornings but for a show-stopping event? Trust Deepika to make it possible.
While her recent hairstyles have leaned towards crisp buns and slicked back 'dos, Deepika Padukone is an old hand at the ponytail. Just a month ago, she sported a similar look consisting of a messy mid-length ponytail, red lip and lots of leather for a photoshoot.
Then there was her eyeball-grabbing look at a fashion event where she paired a mind-boggling hybrid saree by Sabyasachi with a side-parted tousled ponytail, classic smokey eyes and nude lips.
