On Her Fitness Regime, Jacqueline Fernandez Says Her "Sunday Workout Routine Can Go Up To Three Hours"

Actress Jacqueliene Fernandez is known to one of the fittest actresses in Bollywood. The Sri Lankan beauty recently made it to the September 2024 cover of Harper's Bazaar India magazine. In an exclusive conversation with them, the star revealed her fitness and health rituals that no one knows about. Talking about the same, she said, “My Sunday workout routine can go up to three hours with a mix of yoga, weights and dance. I get asked, ‘Oh, I want to have the same legs as you.' I put in the effort and work out aggressively. I'm strong and I've done this over many years. I take care of what I eat. I am conscious of what's healthy and what's not. There was a time it was just for aesthetics, but I don't do it for aesthetics anymore. I want to feel good and strong. I want to maintain an athletic and agile physique. I do red-light therapy and cryotherapy. I rest when I need to. I have a strong foundation for fitness.”

Jacqueliene is a longtime fitness enthusiast, and her wellness journey is inspiration for all gym lovers. Back in 2021 in an interview with Vogue India, the star revealed how she loves doing different forms of workouts. She said she likes to go beyond yoga and Pilates classes to try fun exercises like pole dancing and aerial silk routines. She also shared how pole dancing helps build confidence and strength.

Jacqueline Fernandez's consistency towards her fitness routine is all the motivation we need.
