Back in 2021, Miley Cyrus left internet users shook with a video of herself running on a treadmill while singing Bikini Kill's Rebel Girl out loud. Recently, the former Hannah Montana star said that she prefers to workout at the gym in high heels as it allows her to stay in touch with her onstage performer side. The American singer recently posed for the cover of W Magazine wherein she showed off her slender figure in a Gucci ensemble and a pair of embellished stiletto heels.

It was during this interaction with the publication for the W Volume Three: The Pop Issue that Miley was quoted saying, "My mantra is, like any athlete, 'Practice how you perform.'" The singer-songwriter said, "So that's why I practice in my heels. The gym looks really tough, but then I've got my ivory Gucci slingbacks because they remind me of Marilyn Monroe. I train in heels, mostly. I'm interested in feminizing the workout space, because so much of the workout equipment is ugly."
The Grammy-winning Hollywood singer also opened up about her extremely clean lifestyle and how sobriety is a big part of it. She further mentioned the fact that she trains in heels mostly, while talking about her workout sessions at the gym. Cyrus is an incredibly talented performer, who is not only known for her wide vocal range but also the ability to put on an energetic show. On occasion, she has also been compared to Tina Turner after her performance at the 2024 Grammys.
Hence, it only makes sense that Miley goes through a pretty tough training routine at the gym.
