Parineeti Chopra's wedding fashion choices are a lesson in understated styling. The actress, who got married in September this year, went with pastel shades and traditional cuts for her big fat Punjabi wedding with AAP leader Raghav Chadha. Now, months after the wedding, Parineeti Chopra has shared another set of images from one of her pre-wedding ceremonies. In the pictures, the actress looks stunning in a muted pink sharara set with dainty embellishments. The ensemble by A&R by Rhea Kapoor is a silk sharara set in muted rose pink. The kurta features ivory pearl, sequin and cutdana embroidery with bootis, while the sharara has a criss-cross pattern with ivory cutdana and sequin work. The outfit was completed with an organza dupatta with sequin work boots. Parineeti Chopra paired the ensemble with chandbalis earrings in gold and pearls. For makeup, she kept it simple with tones of pink and brown and left her hair partially open in waves.
For her wedding, Parineeti Chopra went with another pastel creation, this time by Bollywood's favourite fashion designer Manish Malhotra. She opted for a muted gold and ivory lehenga that was hand-embroidered with vintage gold threads. The ensemble featured linear geometric patterns with a tulle dupatta embellished with pearls and a veil pinned to Parineeti Chopra's head. The veil also featured Raghav's name embroidered in Devanagari script. Along with the ensemble, Parineeti picked a multi-tiered uncut necklace made with Russian and Zambian emeralds. The green and white stones came together to form multi-tonal layers of opulence. She also went with a Russian emerald maang tikka encrusted with Mozambique rubies on her head, while her haath phool was made with uncut diamonds and Russian emeralds.
