Mrunal Thakur takes her fitness journey very seriously. She shared her secret (which clearly isn't anymore) recently on Instagram. It offered a glimpse into a combination of pilates and a gym workout into her routine. 

In the first clip, Mrunal balances and improves her flexibility while doing Pilates on a reformer. She arched her body backwards like a pro and effortlessly pulled the resistance bands – all while looking calm and collected. In another video from the same post, Mrunal Thakur set fitness fashion goals at the gym. She absolutely crushed pistol squats with the help of suspension straps.
