
Fatima Sana Shaikh is a staunch believer in the proverb, “Health is wealth”. The actress has been vocal on more than one occasion about how taking care of her well-being is a priority. Demonstrating the good habit, she recently dropped a video on her social media of herself displaying a range of strength training exercises. This one was different. She put a spin on her exercise routine and executed strenuous physical activities while “tripping on” the Taambdi Chaamdi song by Kratex and Shreyas. After all, music can boost your workout in multiple ways. It helps you find a rhythm and puts you in a better mood. In the clip, Fatima kickstarted her drill with battling ropes. Next on her list was boxing under the guidance of a fitness coach. She then impressed her fans with her upside-down hanging crunches and her skipping rope, smashing her fitness session like a pro. Weightlifting with a duffle bag was the final touch to her gym regime.

Not long before Fatima Sana Shaikh displayed sheer flexibility in doing a series of workouts with assistance from her trainer. If not anything, it might serve as our midweek motivation to hit the gym. In the video posted on Instagram, the Dangal actress exhibited vertical leg crunches, handstands, flips, and a splendid 180-degree split. Her pet dog Bijlee made an appearance in the clip too. “Gym trainer workout ke naam ke circus karva raha hai. Aur Bijlee ko fomo ho raha hai,” read her caption.
Earlier, Fatima Sana Shaikh shared a fun gym clip where her trainer set a challenge for her. He said if she could do box jumps, she would get to enjoy some pani puri. But if she could not make it, she would have to take an ice bath. Fatima gave it her all and ran at the box, but she did not quite make the jump. So, she ended up filling a bucket with ice, pouring it into a drum, and stepping in for a chilly dip. “Fatty vs trainer! Pani puri vs ice bath! Aakhir mein jeet kis ki hui?” read the text attached to the post. Box jumps are one of many plyometric exercises which use speed and an intense burst of power to propel the body into action, often from a resting position.

She spent her holiday in Amsterdam “chilling, sleeping, lazying around in the garden.” In the pictures, she lay on the grass listening to music, caressing wildflowers, soaking in the sun, reading a book, and feeling at one with nature.
