After pregnancy, be extra gentle to prevent excess hair loss. Shampoo only when it becomes the need of the hour, and use a good conditioner and a wide-toothed comb to minimise excessive tangling. Prepare a homemade hair pack made by blending egg whites and olive oil and applying it directly to the scalp. This is a good remedy to minimize hair fall post-delivery. It is also one of the best hair conditioning treatments that will leave your hair smooth and nourish your scalp to the hilt.

2.      Fenugreek Seeds 

Alternatively, soak some fenugreek seeds overnight and apply the strained water directly to the scalp the next morning. Leave it for an hour or two and gently wash it off. You can also massage your hair gently with lukewarm fenugreek oil before your washes to stimulate circulation and increase hair growth.

3.      Coconut Milk 

While we all know the benefits of coconut oil to arrest hair fall, many people don't know how amazing coconut milk can be in stopping hair fall and initiating hair growth. Take a handful of bhringraj leaves and grind them to a fine paste. Apply the magical potion directly to your hair or mix it with milk and apply.
