After taking a break from her workouts, Esha Gupta is back at the gym and working her way to beat the blues. It was upper-body day and she started off with some incline push-ups, followed by a set of dumbbell squats. Esha also did dumbbell bicep curls and ended her workout with some barbell hip thrusts.
Upper-body workouts help you build strength and endurance in your arms, shoulders, back, and chest. They can also assist in burning calories, improving your posture, and reducing your risk of injury. Esha shared the workout video on her Instagram Stories. In the caption, she wrote, "Trained after 87 years. Thank you Shubham Rawat for being kind."

In her previous Instagram post, Esha Gupta was seen working on her lower body, core and back with multiple exercises. the actress started off with split lunges using a bench for a variation, followed by a set of dumbbell rowing. Apart from working on the back, this workout also helps to work on the core.
Esha then moved to a variation of sit-ups that focused on the right posture. Another exercise was a variation of a stretch in which she was seen bending on one side while holding a kettlebell in another hand and keeping her head up. This workout helps to open up the body and works on the lower body. Her last workout was a variation of leg raises, an excellent lower body exercise.
