With controlled movement and stability, the designer was seen performing a variation of bended leg raises in which she bent forward while taking her leg back and then coming to the original position by lifting the leg to a certain level. This workout is known to strengthen glutes and thigh muscles. It is also a great way to improve leg movement. She used side support while performing the workout.
