The Hollywood actress will be essaying the role of the female boxer Christy Martin in an upcoming biopic and has been working tirelessly on her physical form for months now. Social media commentors however, felt differently about her appearance and choice at being selected to play the role of Christy. They made this evident by trolling her looks in the comments and calling her everything from “tubby” to “flabby” to “dumpy”, thus implying she wasn't the right actress for the role.

Sydney Sweeney had the perfect clapback to those who body shamed her. In a video she posted on Instagram, she showed a montage of the comments that disparaged her appearance. Following it was another montage, which spoke of how hard she worked on her physicality, without saying a word. The second clip shows her intense workouts to play the role of Christy. In the video, she is seen boxing in the ring and exercising her triceps, back, forearms and abdominal muscles with a variety of workouts.
Therein lies the proof of Sydney Sweeney's incredible effort, for which she didn't need to utter a single word to shut down the body shamers.
