Rakul Preet Singh follows a no-compromise rule when it comes to fitness. The actress recently served just the right kind of mid-week motivation with a glimpse into her arduous gym session. What better way to beat the monsoon mid-week blues, than acing the Burpee Box Jump Over? In the clip, Rakul was seen performing this full-body workout under the guidance of her fitness instructor Karan Sawhney. Dressed in all-pink athleisure wear, the Bollywood star took position by clasping her hands in front of her while her legs were wide apart. Displaying great strength and balance she jumped onto the box without faltering for even a moment. After holding her position for some time, she descended and bent her knees briefly before repeating the process. Reminding her followers to exercise, Rakul Preet Singh captioned the post, “Aj ka workout kiya kya (Did you do workouts today?)”
