Ranveer Singh's Gucci Suit And Deepika Padukone's Red Gown Showcase Their Contrasting Red Carpet Style

There's no couple quite like Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone. While a whole lot about them maybe as different as chalk and cheese, it needs to be said that they always complement each other gloriously. She may be the gentle harmony to his energetic punch and that's true of their respective personal style tastes too. The same was seen at their joint appearance for the Red Sea Film Festival. Ranveer picked a patterned Gucci blazer and trousers sans a shirt but complete with a red scarf, hat and sunglasses. Deepika opted for a Michael Cinco gown in bright red, set with exaggerated sleeves and ruffled detailing over the length. You got to love couples who embrace their individual style statements.

Their latest couple fashion look at the airport wasn't a surprise either. Ranveer made a splash in his tiger stripe patterned ochre toned pullover and paired it with a surprising pair of red flared cut trousers. Red sunglasses were part of his outfit and it was complete with a black bag slung across his chest and black shoes. As per usual, Ranveer knows how to shock with his style statements and though it has been a been since we've spotted him at the airport, nothing seems to have changed.

Deepika on the other hand, usually plays her fashion game subdued and toned down. Standing besides her actor husband, the star also opted for a long sleeve pullover to tackle the chill in the air. However, hers was more muted. Deepika wore a black and white panelled turtleneck with a matching toned flared midi skirt. Accessories were pared down with a black handbag, high boots and a face mask. It just goes that couples twinning can be so overrated. Like Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh, couple fashion can be a fun pair of contrasts too.
