Red Is The New Black For Katrina Kaif And Kangana Ranaut At Vogue Beauty Awards

Adding all the glitz and glamour to Vogue Beauty Awards held in Mumbai last evening, was Bollywood's many top celebrities. Dressed head to toe in the best of fashion, the divas instantly stole all attention with their stunning gowns and edgy outfits. While drooling over the many glamorous looks, we couldn't help but notice the colour red being a favourite pick with some of the leading ladies, who nailed their looks in show stopping designer outfits along with perfectly done makeup and hair.

Top of the pack was one and only Kangana Ranaut, who went on to win the Beauty of the Year Award. The Bollywood actress was a vision in red, dressed in a stunning Gaurav Gupta gown. The off-shoulder outfit had architectural overlays at the chest, followed by multiple drapes to create a ball gown skirt. Adding some spark to her outfit was a diamond necklace by Tanishq, and to keep with her fierce look, Kangana sported a neat ponytail, maroon lips and dramatic eyes.

Another Bollywood diva who made a stunning appearance in red was Katrina Kaif. While Kangana went for an intense look, Katrina chose to keep it sleek in her signature style. The gorgeous actress wore a poppy red gown by Ong Oaj Pairam that had a wrap-around design to show the right amount of skin with a plunging neckline and a thigh high slit. The crepe silk fabric worked wonders to accentuate her curves, and Katrina spruced it up with a pair of sparkly heels and statement jewellery.

While Kangana and Katrina no doubt stole all attention in their fiery red looks, other stars who too sizzled in red was Dia Mirza and Yami Gautam. Dia Mirza looked like a Greek goddess in a red gown by Nikhil Thampi. With a well-fitted structure, gold metallic accents and thigh high slit, it was a perfect example of less is more. Dia went for a neat brush-back hair do and smokey eyes.

Yami Gautam, on the other hand, ditched the gown to sport one of this season's hottest style trend - the pantsuit. She wore a stunning creation by Alena Akhmadullina, where the sheer, floral patterned top notched up her look to a whole new level of chic. She teamed it with nude heels and opted for dramatic eyes to finish off.
