Rihanna's Fenty Beauty Is All Set To Add Life To Your Summer Makeup Look

With every passing day, it's seeming like summer is set to see an abundance of new beauty launches. From Kim Kardashian's KKW x Mario line to India's own YBP collaboration with blogger Shreya Jain, it's the season for spanking new bottles and tubes that we can't wait to get our hands on. Hold on to your hats because this latest piece of news might just be the one that tops the sundae that is summer. Everyone's favourite makeup brand Fenty Beauty is all set to reveal a launch this season too. The announcement was made by none other than Rihanna, who playfully dropped the bomb in a series of videos that show the artist-slash-entrepreneur using the products.

The first one showed Bad Gal RiRi playing around with two bottles of the product which are cheekily named 'Who Needs Clothes' and 'Brown Sugar.'

The next shows Rihanna taking a single pump of the liquid product directly on her shoulder and blending it in with a thick brush.

Over the same shoulder, Rihanna dusts a powder, presumably to set the product in her next video.

Finally, she reveals the product in her final one which are two tall bottles with gold caps filled to the brim with bronze-y liquid product that's abounding with shimmer particles.

Once Rihanna casually posted the videos, of course the makeup addicts on the Internet went wild. And why wouldn't they? The star's beauty brand is exalted, especially amongst people of colour for its wide range of shades (40, imagine that!) and excellent coverage. If that wasn't all, actor Daniel Kaluuya even wore Fenty to the Oscars.

Coming to the present, Fenty Beauty's new launch is called Body Lava which, as demonstrated, is a liquid body highlighter that seems to be suitable for cool and warm tones. Her dusting with a fluffy white puff is a second new launch, a shimmer puff called Fairy Bomb. Together, the new products are taking us back to the early 00s when you just had to dab body glitter over your collarbones when wearing a halter-neck outfit.

Thanks for the throwback, Rihanna. Looks like this summer is set to be a dazzling one.
