Now, the Ghoomer actress has achieved a fitness milestone. She recently took part in the Ironman 70.3 Triathlon in Germany. Saiyami became the first Indian actress to complete the challenging competition. Sharing the announcement on Instagram, she wrote, “IRONMAN 70.3 Finisher. It was some adventure, freezing cold and getting lost on route! Long post to follow soon, once it all sinks in.” The picture accompanying the write-up captures her flashing a proud smile and kissing her medal.

The Ironman triathlon covers a total distance of 70.3 miles (113 km), a 1.9 km swim, a 90 km bike ride and a 21.1 km run. The benefits of participating in a triathlon include improved cardiovascular health, overall immunity, endurance and stamina. It manages weight, builds mental resilience, enhances cardiovascular health, builds muscular strength and reduces the risk of chronic diseases.

Saiyami is never afraid of coursing through challenges and pushing her limits. She often shares glimpses of her healthy lifestyle on Instagram. Not long ago, she dropped a couple of photos featuring some moments from her cycling session “Time to escape. Reset. Restart. Refocus,” she captioned. Dressed in an athleisure, she was seen riding her bicycle through the lush green meadows. Cycling comes with multiple benefits like better heart health, burns calories, develops body strength and enhances joint mobility.

Previously, Saiyami Kher offered fans a look into her perfect weekend. In an Instagram post, she was seen running on a treadmill, playing badminton, and making the most of her leisurely time. “Lifeline. My idea of a perfect weekend” she captioned the post. The benefits of a treadmill workout include weight loss and enhanced blood circulation. It is a huge stress buster and improves running techniques, boosting the body's overall performance.
