Sanya Malhotra's most identifiable feature is, without a doubt, her head of springy curls. If you spotted her without them, you would barely even realise she is the same person. And that's exactly what happened. The Bollywood actress posted a picture on Instagram of a throwback from the first day of her film shoot. The movie in question is Shakuntala Devi which stars Vidya Balan in the lead role and releases on Amazon Prime on July 31, 2020. Reliving her memories from the film shoot, Sanya gave us a look at her character with long flowing hair in waves and a thick fringe. Take a look and possibly another one because it's Sanya like you've never seen before.
While Sanya's hairstyle for the movie seems like extensions or temporary hairstyling, she has never shied away from going big for her movie characters. Case in point, her short crop to debut in Dangal. But if you're looking for a way to temporarily smoothen your locks, a heated hair brush is all you need.
Though she sports curls most of the year through, that hasn't stopped the star from trying new styles with her hair. The time she pulled it back sleekly into a large curly bun was proof of this.
Her usual tight curls were replaced with glossy looser ones which she wore with her hair parted down the side.
There was also the time she straightened her hair and wore it loose with a parting down the centre and colourful pins holding it in place.

Here her hair got shorter and curls got wider and shinier to make for a very cute cropped look.
