Posted by celebrity trainer Namrata Purohit, the actresses did a variation of Pilates in the video. She posted, "Going with the flow.. it was a flowin kind off day yesterday. For one of the exercises, they both did a variation of lunges which included a more open, flowing movement. This sort of exercise helps improve the thigh muscles as it strengthens them.
Another on their workout list was a flowing variation of squats that involved the movement of one leg sideward. This not only helps in building the glutes but also improves the thigh muscles for better movement and form.
If you are looking to notch up those push-ups, this exercise might be perfect to do. Half push-ups with arm movement were Sara and Janhvi's jam to take their fitness game higher. It helps in toning the back and arm muscles.
