It may the midst of the monsoon season but a touch of summer style wouldn't hurt at all. It fact, it might even help. Sara Ali Khan seems to believe that. On a rainy Sunday, she added sunshine to our lives with a chic sunny look. The actress wore a blue chilly printed bralette with a bow-tied front and a yellow and black polka dot printed pencil skirt. She paired it with highlighted beach waves in her hair, layered necklace and bracelets on her hand. The clouds may have been grey and gloomy but with Sara's yellow and blue look, it seemed so much brighter.

Now isn't that a stylish pairing you'd like to try for yourself?

She struck a pose in a sporty chic look wearing a striped and floral t-shirt with black cap placed on her head for a solid pop to balance out the mix of print varieties and didn't it look fabulous!

Florals and stripes can look spectacular when paired together in the right measure.

Even ethnic wear was met with a melange of prints when Sara and mom Amrita Singh wore matching kurtis in a variety of stripe styles. To only add to the chic factor were the printed masks they wore with their looks.

Prints are what you need to add a cool touch to your ethnic looks.

Print mixing definitely seems to be a favourite of the star. For movie promotions of her last film, she opted for a vibrant coloured off-shoulder dress which brought together stripes, dots and coloured panels.

Who said dresses can't get it on the action!
