Dressed in a white crop top and green shorts, she broke a sweat while doing cable pulldowns. She executed the exercise with precision, pulling the cable down to her thighs in a smooth, controlled motion. To maintain her balance, Sara Ali Khan bent her arms at the elbows, leaned forward slightly and came down in a squat. Cable pulldowns primarily target the latissimus dorsi muscle, which runs the length of your back. Sara's workout video is enough to motivate us.
