Recently, celebrity fitness trainer Namrata Purohit shared a video on Instagram showcasing Sara's pilates session, and it is safe to say that we are thoroughly impressed by her commitment. In the video, Sara is seen with her knees firmly placed on the reformer, engaging in a series of pilates exercises. Her hands move up and down, with one hand pulling the rope. This shows her expertise and control over the movements. The actress effortlessly completes five repetitions like a pro and demonstrates her dedication and skill. But the intensity doesn't stop there. Sara Ali Khan takes her workout to the next level by incorporating backward lunges with one leg placed on a reformer. Adding to the challenge, she incorporates bicep curls with the dumbbells. Now that's some serious action and multitasking in her fitness routine. 

It is not the first time that Namrata Purohit has shared a glimpse of Sara Ali Khan's workout routine. Last month, the fitness trainer shared a video in her Instagram Stories, in which Sara can be doing the battle rope exercise. This exercise is great for your arms. It makes your muscles work together and helps with coordination, balance, and stability. Plus, it tones and sculpts your muscles for a more defined look. In her caption, Namrata wrote, “Glimpse of Sara Ali Khan killing it.”

Before that, Sara Ali Khan shared a video of her solid pilates session to maintain her physique. She can be seen doing an intense circuit that began with side variations. A few seconds later, the actress performed a back press with control. Then, she shifted to pilates-led variation of lunges. Using her signature poetry in the caption, Sara Ali Khan said, “Pehle stomach burn. Ab abs ka turn. You gotta work so you can earn. The sarso ka saag for which you yearn.”
