The new week brings a fresh start of opportunities for the next seven days. But a trip to the gym at the beginning of the week is redemption from the weekend spent eating and making merry. After touring the stunning European countryside, Sara Ali Khan redeemed herself at her pilates session with friend and celebrity coach, Namrata Purohit. Although one keeps it super brisk right after a holiday, Sara Ali Khan went pretty hard on the Cadilac with her Pilates session. It was an intense abs day for the young star and she did not disappoint. If you thought sit-ups were tough, try Sara Ali Khan's crunches upside down on the Cadila proving how strong her core must be to execute this exercise seamlessly. She then went on to tone up and strengthen her core and obliques with side plank crunches on the Pilates chair. It is certain by her facial expressions that she can feel the burn but with abs as taut and chiselled as hers, the burn sure is rewarding.
