Sara Ali Khan takes her fitness regimen seriously. She dishes out workout goals once again with her latest session. Recently, her fitness coach Namrata Purohit shared a glimpse of the actress sweating it out at the gym. Sara carried out a range of weighted exercises on a Pilates reformer showcasing grit and determination. The actress began her training session with a back-strengthening exercise. She held a dumbbell in one hand and pulled a resistance band with the other. Shoulder exercises were also a part of her workout. Next up, Sara shifted her focus to weighted lunges and squats. Sara did not mind a few stress lines on her face and pulled off the arduous physically demanding activities like an expert. In her caption, Namrata Purohit wrote, “Defining the word Strong - Sara Ali Khan looking fantastic but more than that working hard and moving well.”

Since activities are restricted in the cold season problems of metabolism also arise. But weighted squats can alleviate the issue, helping you in digestion by burning calories. 

Back Strengthening And Shoulder Exercises

If you tend to hunch or slouch under the blankets in winter, back strengthening and shoulder exercises can come to your rescue. They help in maintaining an upright posture, reduce strain on the spine and neck and most importantly boost blood circulation.
