Recently, her fitness coach Namrata Purohit shared a glimpse of the actress sweating it out at the gym. Sara carried out a range of weighted exercises on a Pilates reformer showcasing grit and determination. The actress began her training session with a back-strengthening exercise. She held a dumbbell in one hand and pulled a resistance band with the other. Shoulder exercises were also a part of her workout. Next up, Sara shifted her focus to weighted lunges and squats. Sara did not mind a few stress lines on her face and pulled off the arduous physically demanding activities like an expert. In her caption, Namrata Purohit wrote, “Defining the word Strong - Sara Ali Khan looking fantastic but more than that working hard and moving well.”
