“Selenators” have been turning and tossing, ever since Selena Gomez teased her newest single Love On, last week and what better way to promote an upcoming romantic track than taking a 40-hour trip to the city of love, Paris? The pop sensation did exactly this and now she has finally shared her Paris weekend photo dump. In the latest post, Selena has shared a couple of pictures that even give a sneak peek of the Love On shoot. The leading image is a behind-the-scenes click from the Love On set and the following next slide talks about Selena's Parisian gastronomical adventure. In another post, Selena was pictured against the majestic backdrop of the Eiffel Tower while a former post featured a slew of pictures as Selena Gomez takes on Paris with style. Dressed in all black, Selena channelled Parisian style in a leather jacket atop a turtle neck mini dress and shiny pumps with the Eiffel Tower clearly visible in the distance. She gave us a glimpse of the sets of Love On, in the next image which includes a complete orange-hued room with Selena sitting in the middle. After her tour of Paris, the Calm Down hitmaker also enjoyed a relaxing bubble bath. When in Paris how can you not enjoy flaky croissants with a piping hot cup of frothy coffee? In one of the clicks, Selena was seen sitting outside a cafe and relishing it all. The carousel of pictures concluded with Selena taking a big bite of the coffee-dipped croissant. Along with the post, Selena wrote, “40 hours. Paris. Love On 2/22.” The number refers to the release date of Love On, which is February 22.
All you must know before planning a trip to Paris
In case you don't know, February to April is considered the best time to visit Paris if you are an adventurer and love outdoor activities like cycling, walking, picnics and more.
In addition, the official website of Tour Eiffel suggests visiting the majestic structure early in the morning (before 10:30 A.M) or at the end of the day after 5 PM. It even adds that planning a tour in the evening is also advisable because then you can enjoy the captivating lights of the Eiffel Tower. In a bid to avoid long queues, the site suggests booking tickets in advance. You can buy your tickets either from the official ticket office of the Eiffel Tower or can easily register online. Through this, you can also go up top and enjoy the aerial view of Paris. Also, here's something you didn't know. The tower has a footfall limit, and officials allowing the visitors to go up top can be suspended if the number of travellers has reached the limit.
Selena Gomez is an avid traveller and a globetrotter at that. Not long before her Paris trip, Selena shared a post about having the time of her life in Canada. The actress even visited the famous Dundas Square in Toronto. While her fans can't wait to hear Love On, they are no doubt equally excited to get a glimpse of Selena Gomez's next vacation spot.
