Sharvari is ending the year strong. The movie Alpha will see her take the lead as an action star alongside Alia Bhatt next year, which she is already preparing for. She's also looking the best she has ever been, from the top of her head to the tip of her toes. Particularly, the top of her head. Recently, the Bollywood actress walked the runway as a showstopper for Godrej Professional's showcase, Spotlight 2024. While the hair show unveiled 2025's trending hair colours and styles, Sharvari was also named as the face of Godrej Professional. Looking glorious as ever in holiday hues of white and gold, it was her majestic chocolate brown mane set in voluminous curls that we couldn't take our eyes off. At the event, NDTV Lifestyle exclusively chatted with Sharvari about whose mane she looks up to in the celebrity sphere and a trusted hair care tip that has served her well.

On asking her who she looks up to for their envious hair game in all of Bollywood, Sharvari responds, "My hairstyle icon would be Dimple Kapadia ma'am. I think she has the most stunning hair and she is iconic." While Sharvari herself currently chose a demure shade of dark chocolate to colour her locks, the New Year might be a more experimental one for her. "In 2025, I'd like to try all-red hair colour because I'm inspired by Dua Lipa's look," she reveals. Earlier this year, Dua's jewel-toned mane was responsible for the cherry cola hair colour trend; which, it seems, the actress is keen on jumping onboard with.
On being asked for a hair care tip, she said, "I would say, it's quality over quantity. Whichever brand you use, it needs to be trusted. For me, I trust Godrej and think it's a brand that is transparent with a trustworthy legacy." And the one hair care mistake that couldn't escape even a star like herself? The actress answers, "Sleeping with wet hair is a hair care mistake I'm guilty of making because I feel like I always catch a cold."
Sharvari signs off with what her trusty hairstyle is in a hurry -- "When it's on the go, it would have to be a bun" and proves that an updo is her go-to, just like it's the rest of ours.
