When you think of Valentine's day fashion, you envision slinky cocktail gowns and rouge dresses. But did you ever think sarees would fit the bill? We didn't either but that was until Shilpa Shetty came along and changed our minds. The Bollywood actress was spotted in Mumbai for a shoot and her outfit of choice couldn't have been a coincidence, what with Valentine's Day 2021 right around the corner. Shilpa, always a saree stylista, didn't miss the opportunity to wear a ruffled red saree which featured billowy sleeves and embroidered details with a waist chain. A maang tikka and decorative necklace completed Shilpa's ethnic look that gave a fashionable desi touch to Valentine's Day fashion.

It's fair to say that Shilpa Shetty has the most stunning saree style in all of B-town and she never fails to put it on display. On Karwa Chauth, she wore a striking red Masaba Gupta saree with gold floral detailing. A heavy necklace with bangles, a red lip and a matching bindi completed the gorgeous outfit.
Her rich blue saree with gold work had beautiful contrast when it paired with a printed pink blouse which had a high neckline. With her hair swept to the side and dangling earrings adding a fabulous glint, this look just couldn't get any better.
Shilpa also played around with prints when she donned a Mayyur Girotra saree which featured multicoloured stripes over a broad border. Along with a patterned blouse, straight tresses and a striking red lip added magic to this funky ethnic outfit.
