It is safe to say that the actress has always promoted healthy living and balance and yet again, she dropped some simple tips to make your routine easier. Whether we are looking to lose those extra kilos or just want to alter our lifestyle, we always turn to diets and workouts for the same. However, not all tricks fit one. Shilpa Shetty's latest video will give you some inspiration on how to maintain just the right balance. Emphasising on the fact that what health is, she says in the video, "Health is a relationship between you and your body. It is about finding that sweet spot. It's a balance between how much you eat and how you move." The actress further drops simple tips to maintain that easy balance when it comes to your health and eating habits. She further says, "Stop dieting, start nourishing." Crash diets are never the solution when it comes to long-term results. 

We all end up having extreme cravings when on strict diets and that is when we need to follow, "Healthy habits, not restrictions." The actress also suggests to eat in awareness, which means having control of what you eat, when you eat and how much you indulge in. "Remember, it is discipline over motivation. Your health is in your hands. Don't just wish for health, go work for it," she says.

Shilpa Shetty's penchant for serving fitness goals is a given. Her consistency and dedication indeed makes us want to hit the gym too. Previously, she gave a glimpse into her "pilates kinda day" as she did a workout on mat. She performed a core dominant movement that almost works on every muscle. She wrote, "It's a core dominant move, of course, that helps lower stress levels, increases blood flow to the brain, reduces hair fall, regulates nervous system, and improves mind-body connection."
