Shilpa Shetty is a fitness enthusiast. Time and again, the diva motivates her millions of fans with challenges. The actress recently posted a video with a variation of sit-ups that will leave you with the physique of your dreams.
She was seen lying on her back with legs and hands stretched outwards. Gradually, she lifts her torso up while keeping her arms extended straight out to the sides and parallel to the floor, forming a "T" shape with her body. She keeps repeating the exercise, and while sharing it, she wrote atop the video, “Impossible sit up.”

Although the exercise seemed a bit difficult to perform, Shilpa Shetty wrote in the caption, “ABS-olutely worth it!” The actor continued, “Challenge thrown to you,” with a postscript that said, “Attempt only if you have a strong core.” With her note, it is clear that the challenging exercise - a variation of the usual sit-ups engages your core and stabilises the abdominal muscles. It also minimises strain on your neck, enhances the body's flexibility, and improves overall posture.
Previously, Shilpa Shetty proved how the bosu ball can elevate your workout routine. She shared a video on Instagram, showing how she was balancing her body on a bosu ball like an expert. The diva also held a dumbbell with both her hands and was seen sweating it out during the workout. This bosu/half exercise ball is used for improving balance, strength and core strength of the body.

Sharing the video, she wrote, “Mondays are for BALANCE. A Bosu Ball workout targets your core and stabilising muscles, improving balance, strength, and coordination. It challenges your body on an unstable surface, activating multiple muscle groups, enhancing functional fitness, and reducing injury risks while building overall stability and strength.”
Shilpa Shetty dropped a video on Instagram of her squats session with her trainer not very long ago. The video began with her planting her foot and leaning back while holding her trainer's hands for support. However, she couldn't make it even on her second attempt. Keeping her hopes high, she took the plunge for the third time and simply nailed it. She squat down like a pro and wrote an inspirational message alongside the reel.
She penned, “Squat, squat till you get those glutes! What's a challenge without a little struggle? Third attempt, but I got it done! Set the tone for your week—push your limits and surprise yourself.”
