Pictures from actress Shriya Saran's wedding to boyfriend Andrei Koscheev are finally available and we got a look at her bridal wardrobe. Shriya and Andrei are believed to have had a small ceremony in Mumbai first and then, later, a grand wedding in Udaipur. Pictures show that the 35-year-old actress kept it traditional and relatively simple, picking a pink brocade silk saree - either a kanjeevaram or a Benarasi - for the Mumbai wedding. An elaborate matha patti and heavy duty jhumkis with an attached nose ring completed Shriya Saran's wedding outfit. We have this picture:
The sindoor in Shriya's parting indicates that the Mumbai ceremony was the actual wedding. However, the couple appear to have exchanged garlands in Udaipur, where Shriya Saran wore a bridal red lehenga. She repeated at least part of the jewellery - we spot the matha patti and earrings plus nose ring in this picture:
At another of the ceremonies in Udaipur, Shriya Saran wore a gold sari with a similar blouse - we don't have a better picture of her outfit but that kiss makes up for it.
We spotted Shriya in another gold sari look, this one worn with what looks like diamonds and rubies, while posing with actresses Tamannaah Bhatia and Kajal Agarwal.
No details of which designers, if any, created Shriya Saran's wedding outfits.
Shriya Saran's personal style is a mix of high and low. She favours both elaborate silks and casual cottons, as a glance through her Instagram account shows.
Here, she's is all dressed up in a saree:
But she's equally at home in a jumpsuit:
Shriya Saran is the star of films such as Sivaji, Santosham, Kanthaswamy, Pokkiri Raja, Drishyam and Midnight's Children. Her husband Andrei Koscheev is a tennis player and businessman.
