1. Clean And Moisturise Lips
Just like how you prep your skin before beginning with the base makeup, you must make sure that your lips are properly cleansed and moisturised. And remember to be generous with your lip balm.
2. Apply An Even Base
Before you go ahead with the lip colour, you need to create an even canvas using a concealer, so that your lip colour can pop out. If you are towards the dry skin type, reach out for a dewy finish concealer.
3. Lip Liner
Once you have covered your lips with concealer, it's time for the lip liner. Ombre lips mean achieving the dramatic two-toned effect, wherein one layer should be typically darker than the other layer. Therefore, pick a dark shade of lip liner or lipstick to line your lips. After your lips are lined properly, you can use your fingers to fill it in halfway through to create that shaded effect.

4. Lighten The Middle
While for the base you can go with medium-toned lipstick, go back to picking your concealer and create a light effect in the middle and blend to a seamless finish. If you wish, add a layer of gloss top it off and hit it to pucker up fabulously.
