If dedication and commitment are the key to hitting the gym regularly, Soha Ali Khan has mastered the art. A strict disciplinarian, she often dishes out major fitness goals through her Instagram videos. Yet again, the actress motivated us to concentrate on our workouts in her latest social media entry. Dressed in a black bralette and purple tights, Soha pulled off strenuous exercises under the guidance of her coach Mahesh. She started with a set of pole squats that is an intense variation of squats that help in strengthening the glutes. It was followed by a series of dumbbell jumps, effortlessly displaying her prowess. Holding a dumbbell in her hands she performed some more squats, making us wonder how she does it. Next, she focused her attention on leg stretching exercises. This form of aerobics is helpful for improving circulation, strengthening the muscles, and alleviating pain. Laying on a mat she took turns to push a barbell upwards, occasionally halting to catch her breath. 

On leg days at the gym, we find it hard to leave the warmth of our bed but not Soha Ali Khan though. She makes sure to give stress to her legs and sweat it out for a fit body. We simply hope to be touched by just an ounce of her dedication and not slack in our gym endeavours. Earlier, the actress shared an Instagram video where she was seen updating her workout palette with a bunch of leg training exercises like lunges, kettlebell squats, leg presses, plank-to-push-up workouts, and more. These aerobatics help in building strength, improving balance, and boosting functionality.

Not just at the gym, but Soha Ali Khan's home workouts are a treat to watch. If not anything, it should act as a reminder that being at home is no excuse to skip training sessions. Under the supervision of her trainer Mahesh, the actress kickstarted her drill with several arduous physical activities. from executing a handstand with one hand while balancing on yoga blocks to using dumbbells as props for squats, and demonstrating a variant on how to perform crunches on a bench, Soha did not need our confirmation to call herself a fitness superwoman.
