2018 may have been officially declared as the Chinese year of the dog or the one of ultraviolet hues but we've got our own ideas. Unofficially, it's definitely the year of the pantsuit. All through the summer, celebrities from Hollywood and Bollywood suited up and gave us some serious pantsuit envy. The never-ending list included Kareena Kapoor who worked it with a peek of skin, Ileana D'cruz who upgraded hers with stripes and even Bella Hadid, who broke through the clutter with a blindingly neon number. It's a little past the 6-month mark of 2018 and by now you'd think that the pantsuit would slowly slip into hibernation. Going by Sonakshi Sinha and Tamannaah Bhatia's latest looks, that's definitely not the case.
Sonakshi Sinha, who quite favours the suited silhouette, did the very same for her most recent appearance. The actress was promoting her upcoming movie Happy Phirr Bhaag Jayegi on the sets of a television show. At the event, Sonakshi opted for a crisp red pantsuit with well-tailored wide leg trousers. She wore this with a black lace bustier, a layered necklace and black pointed pumps. Sonakshi kept the look neat with straight tresses, winged eyeliner and black nails.

Tamannaah Bhatia too decided to opt for a single coloured suit of separates, but even brighter. To promote a mobile brand, Tamannaah wore a hot pink suit of pink trousers, a bandeau top and embellished oversized jacket, all from Papa Don't Preach. She wore this with radiant makeup, strappy gold heels and a big smile.
