A summer flick that we are all looking forward to this June is Shashanka Ghosh's Veere Di Wedding, which stars Kareena Kapoor, Sonam Kapoor, Swara Bhaskar and Shikha Talsania in the lead roles. From the looks of the movie posters, it promises to be a lot of fun with the actresses joining forces to sizzle on the big screen. Sonam Kapoor's latest Instagram post with director-choreographer Farah Khan suggests that there will also be a peppy dance number in the movie, which we are sure is going to be a super hit in no time. Who can forget the craze started by Munni Badnam Hui and Sheela Ki Jawani, both choreographed by Farah Khan?
While the shoot for the movie wrapped up end of last year, the team reunited to shoot the dance number with Farah Khan, with rapper Badshah creating the tunes for it. After the superhit song Abhi Toh Party Shuru Hui Hai from Khoobsurat, Sonam and Badshah collaborate again in Veere Di Wedding and we just can't wait to see the song.
On her Instagram post Sonam wrote, "Sonam took to social networking site Instagram and wrote, "Farah! I'm so lucky I get to work with you! Thanks so much for doing this song! We love you! @farahkhankunder @vdwthefilm @rheakapoor #kareenakapoorkhan @reallyswara @shikhatalsania."
The trailer for the movie will reportedly be launched on April 19 in a grand event, but the movie posters are already creating a lot of huge buzz, not least because of the fashion on display - and the fashion in a Sonam movie is always noteworthy.
In some posters, we see the actresses dressed from head to toe in trendy Indian ethnic wear - chunky drop earrings and jhumkas, gorgeous lehengas with intricate embroidery and floral detailing, volume sleeves and deep cut blouses, heavily worked dupattas and colourful juttis.
Then in another we see them switch roles to don sherwanis, kurta-pyjamas and even pagdis.

According to reports, the four female actors will parody roles that we typically see in Indian men. Sounds like fun, doesn't it? Dear June, come already.
