Sonnalli Seygall taking the Internet by storm with her beachwear and red carpet looks, is nothing new in the world of social media trends. But not many are aware that Sonnalli and yoga are a match made in fitness heaven. Sonnalli loves her workout routine and makes sure to not skip it even when she is on vacation. Strengthening asanas is a must in Sonnalli's fitness love book. Keeping up with spine health is a new addition to the star's fitness agenda or so it seems from the video she posted recently of herself trying her hand, or rather back, at the Downward Dog pose. The actress stated that the “backbends” for spine health is crucial, and also claimed that the strength and suppleness of your spine results in how young you feel. Using her trainer for support, Sonnalli stretched her back to form the perfect arch. “You are as young and healthy as your spine is strong and supple! Backbends for spine health,” Sonali captioned her post.

Sonnalli Seygall's fitness regime is of utmost importance to her. And, she often leaves her fans wondering about the source of her motivation. So, when Sonnalli decided to conduct an “Ask Me Anything” session on Instagram, her fans couldn't help but drop a few questions. To the query, “How to keep yourself motivated to work out daily?” Sonnalli shared a clip of herself performing the Surya Namaskar with the caption, “When your mental and physical health is of utmost importance to you, motivation comes naturally.”

In another post, she also advised a fan to perform these three asanas for better digestion— Vajrasana, Kapal Bhaati and Pawanmuktasana.

Earlier, Sonnalli Seygall suggested a way to test leg strength. The actress shared a video of herself performing three asanas. Beginning with Ardha Baddha Padmottanasana, the actress went on to perform the Virbhadrasana III and then finally concluded the video with the Vrikshasana. The actress stated that if one can hold each of the positions for some time, they would develop good leg strength. “Can you try this without touching your foot on the ground during the whole sequence? If yes, congratulations you have good leg strength!”

Sonnalli Seygall, who was last seen in the horror drama Aseq, is widely known for her performance in Pyaar Ka Punchnama and Jai Mummy Di.
