Kriti Sanon is a fitness enthusiast who loves to push her boundaries. From sweating it out in the gym to trying the most difficult yoga poses, the actress always sets high fitness goals. Once again, Kriti shared a new workout video on Instagram. Under the guidance of her fitness coach, Karan Sawhney, the actress was seen trying something "different". Taking a break from her usual workout routine, she incorporated ring row exercises into her gym session.
Adding variations to your fitness regimen prevents boredom, helps improve health and reduces the risk of injury. Additionally, you can target muscle groups you don't use often, which can help correct muscle imbalances. Sharing the video, Kriti wrote, "I don't like doing the same kinda workout every day. It's gotta be fun, it's gotta be challenging and it's gotta be “Different”.

In her previous post, Kriti offered a sneak peek into her gym session. Dressed in an all-black athleisure, the actress kick-started her aerobics with bench presses. It was followed by weight squats and one-shoulder presses. She also paid special attention to cycling. Her side note read, “Pre-Monday Motivation. P.S. Cycle with a fan! Best innovation.”
Before that, Kriti Sanon performed a strenuous workout that included a series of glutes and abs exercises. The video began with the actress performing weighted squats, which are effective for strengthening leg muscles and burning fat. Next, Kriti moves on to the leg press exercise, which enhances gluteal and quadriceps strength while improving functional ability. The rest of Kriti's workout includes single-leg balance weight passes and a resistance band routine.
