Jacqueliene Fernandez has long been a member of the fit-and-fab club. On Saturday, she kickstarted her weekend on a healthy note by performing Pilates. In a video shared by Jacqueliene's trainer Yasmin Karachiwala on Instagram, the actress was seen executing the arduous workout by “sweating and smiling all the way”. Her fitness coach also could not help but praise Jacqueliene for displaying such grit and energy. She pulled off full-body and stretching variations on a Reformer. Some of her physically demanding activities included leg extensions, incline push-ups, hamstring stretches, Child's Pose, tricep and back training gymnastics, and shoulder workouts. Throughout the aerobics, Jacqueliene showcased her flexibility and strength, motivating us to hit the gym right away. Pilates is a low-impact exercise that boosts muscular control and strength, improves balance, and enhances flexibility. It also tones your core muscles.

Not just Pilates, Jacqueliene Fernandez is equally fond of doing yoga, sometimes with a hint of challenge. Previously, the actress shared a picture on Instagram where she put her balancing skills to the test by doing aerial yoga. She slipped into a white bodysuit and sheer stockings, hanging upside down from a hammock tied to a ceiling. Jacqueliene balanced her body on the piece of cloth, her legs were curved around it while her hands were close to her face. Aerial yoga is a type of hybrid asana that burns calories, improves blood circulation, builds core strength, boosts flexibility, and stimulates digestion.
Pole workouts are easier said than done, but not for Jacqueliene Fernandez who makes the strenuous exercise seem like it's no big deal. In an Instagram entry, the actress balanced her body on a pole, hanging in an upside-down manner. Her legs were wrapped around the pole for support and she held her knees with her hands. Pole exercises are a form of a full-body workout that aids in balance, core strength, and flexibility. It also helps to burn calories.
