Due to her inclination towards exercise, Malavika Mohanan has often served us with glimpses of the same through social media. She has a deep-rooted love for working out and every time she steps into a gym, the actress does not leave without giving us fitness motivation. Recently, she gave us a sneak peek into her gym session, where she was seen focussing on her upper body. In the video shared on Instagram, Malavika can be seen nailing the standing bent on a machine, which is an exercise that targets the biceps muscles. Malavika shared the video along with a detailed note, explaining the importance of workout in her life, saying, “Firing up the routine with @klinton81 as there's just one week left for my next schedule to begin. Workout for me started off as wanting to work on the aesthetics of my body but now has become something else entirely. Watching my own strength and resilience increase gradually and to watch my body now do things which in the past have felt seemingly impossible makes me realise the power of ‘one day at a time' and how the only 2 things you need (which are also the hardest) are consistency and discipline to grow in pretty much anything you set out to do. P.S.: My pink shoes motivate me to work out.”

Malavika Mohanan loves to switch up her fitness regimen. Earlier, we spotted Malavika working out with a stick. Strengthening her wrists and arms, the actress can be seen rotating a stick without letting it touch the ground. Sharing the clip, Malavika wrote, “Today's arm workout ft. stick.”

On a triceps day, Malavika Mohanan preferred to perform “‘silambam' warmup moves”. In a video, shared on Instagram, Malavika is swinging the stick like a sword. Along with the clip she wrote, “My today's triceps workout entailed some basic ‘silambam' warmup moves. When strength training(or any one particular form of training) starts feeling too repetitive or boring, mix it up with other forms to keep it interesting and fun and more importantly so you don't end up skipping your routine.”
