Having invested approximately $7.3 million in a 6,400-square-foot property in Paradise Valley, Arizona; Malaspinas was astonished by this unexpected turn of events. Known for his expertise in cybersecurity, he was amazed to have caught the attention of the global star. According to a report in the Wall Street Journal, it all started when a company managing properties approached Malaspinas and asked if he would be willing to rent out his home. Little did he know that the request was for none other than one of the world's most famous artists, Rihanna.

As per celebrity publication Tyla, Spyro Malaspinas said, “The last thing I am is a real estate baron. My pride's not that big. I don't mind moving out for $500,000 a week.” Nestled within the affluent Paradise Valley community, the home rests on approximately an acre of land. It boasts of a pool, cascading waterfall, expansive living areas, and an array of luxurious features, this home is perfectly suited for a celebrity of Rihanna's stature. The property is also situated a short drive away from the State Farm Stadium, home of the Arizona Cardinals and venue of the 2023 Super Bowl, which Rihanna performed and revealed her pregnancy at.
