Sara Ali Khan is not just lighting up the silver screen with her charm; she's also dropping jaws with her fitness routine. Recently, the ever-inspiring actress got a shoutout from celebrity fitness coach Namrata Purohit, who spilt the beans on Sara's workout routine. Namrata shared a sneak peek on her Instagram stories, revealing Sara's sweat-inducing pilates reformer session. In the video, Sara's on the machine, busting out moves that'd make anyone's core quake. She's sliding her legs and pushing a ball away from her body, all with the finesse of a fitness guru. Namrata, in her caption, appreciated Sara's efforts, saying, “Challenging her core, inner thighs, hamstrings, glutes, quads.. and more! The fitness circle with the ball really ups the challenge! Slow control moments can be the most challenging! Well done Sara,” adding a fire emoji at the end because the burn is real after this one.

Even on vacation, Sara Ali Khan doesn't let her workout routine take a holiday. Last year, while chilling in Paris, the actress showed us how it's done by sharing a video of her fitness session, pumping up our motivation levels. From hardcore cross-fitness drills to power-packed core exercises, Sara tackled them all with finesse. Her workout kicked off with some serious weighted squats, proving she's no stranger to the grind. Then came the mountain climbers, where she climbed her way to the top of her fitness game. Next up, she hit the cables for shoulder work, followed by a spin on the stationary bike for some cardio action. In the caption, Sara wrote, “Gym instead of Jam. Best morning in the best gym in Paris.”

Before that, Sara Ali Khan shared another video from her gym session. In the caption, she used her signature poetry aka Sara ki shayari: “Happy new week. Have some inches to tweak. And since I can punch and don't pretend to be meek. I'm giving you a little sneak peek. Into my shoulders, squats and oblique technique. And since working out is truly my pehla pyaar I hope it helps my physique.”

Pilates on the reformer is said to improve flexibility, strength, and posture by targeting specific muscle groups with controlled movements. As for the health benefits, these exercises provide a stronger core, toned thighs, sculpted glutes, and improved overall fitness with continuous workouts.
