As much as we adore a traditional white gown to the church or a red lehenga for rituals, we equally love when brides take the unconventional route with their bridal style. Shibani Dandekar fit this bill to the letter. The Bollywood celebrity married Farhan Akhtar last month in an intimate ceremony and we've been fawning over her wedding fashion choices ever since then. In her latest pictures from the couple's wedding party, Shibani is first seen walking besides her husband. Farhan wore striped trousers with a kurta and velvet blazer thrown on top of it. Shibani too chose deep jewel tones for the night affair. But it was more than just the rich shades of her outfit that stood out.

For the wedding function, Shibani wore a green toned custom designed dress by JADE. It featured a thin strap V-neckline with a fitted silhouette. The flowing gown featured a sheer sparkling bodice from the knee onward and included a slit over the side. Once your eyes have taken in the dress is when they will settle in on her shoes. Shibani wore Nike Air Jordan sneakers in matching tones of green and white. How's that for a slam dunk?
Shibani's bridal outfit was complete with a fitting beauty look. Her hair was worn in big curls parted down the side and her defined eyes with a nude lip was a suitable finish to the stunning outfit.
