Tom Cruise recently revealed that he was preparing for an underwater stunt for his upcoming movie. As part of his daily exercise regimen, he constructed a unique tank at his home where he can perform underwater stunts. According to the insider, Tom is trying to push his body's limits to execute the stunts like he has never done before.

The insider said, "Tom is always pushing his body to improve. A few years ago, he started to get interested in all aspects of breathing and how dialling it in can be a game-changer for overall health. The first thing he did was tape his mouth shut at night to ensure that he was breathing through his nose."

The source added that when Tom Cruise goes to sleep, his body appears to be in a hostage situation. "It's bizarre because he looks like he's in some sort of hostage situation every time he goes to bed, but he claims it has done wonders for his health," he added.

Tom Cruise already had an exhausting regimen that included daily cryotherapy, cold plunges and breathing challenges. Now, the actor has added "hyperbaric oxygen chambers several times a week to binge oxygen" to his routine.

Despite Tom Cruise's insistence that it's all helping him stay young, the insider claimed that several have warned against his high-altitude thrills. Even while he may be enjoying these plunges, others close to him have cautioned that if he takes even a small step in the wrong direction, it might seriously affect his brain and inflict irreversible harm to internal organs.
