In her recent Instagram Story, the Follow Kar Lo Yaar fame star shared a video where she turned to pole fitness. The 27-year-old has also tagged her pole fitness studio - Pole Burnt's founder, Aarifa Bhinderwala and said, “Best teacher ever.” But what is this unconventional fitness routine and why is it gaining popularity?
