She started off with a single-hand dumbbell row on the bench. She used a bench to take support and used her another hand to perform the exercise. This workout is great to target the back muscles and helps in improving flexibility and balance. Add this workout to your routine for a strengthened back.
Next up, she did a variation of dumbbell pullover. She stabilised her upped body on the bench and extended her hands towards the forehead to perform the workout. One can use a comfortable weight to do the same. This workout is a challenging one and helps to not just target the back but also helps to improve chest muscles as well. You can try to engage the core as well for even better results.
