Once again, Shanaya is back at inspiring with her fitness regime. Shanaya's fitness coach dropped a video of the star kid performing a rigorous half-kneeling landmine press exercise. It has her sitting with one knee bend position and attempting the press with a 5 kg barbell. Dressed in a neon green and grey athleisure set, Shanaya performs the set with utmost ease. The half-kneeling landmine press works brilliantly for the stability of the torso. In addition, this exercise also aids with active mobility for the hip flexor muscles. Sharing the video, Shanaya's fitness coach wrote, “Inspired by the fear of being average.”

Shanaya dropped a video on her Instagram Stories, wherein she was seen pushing a machine with wheels. It turns out that her trainer kept a massive rope atop it, to increase its weight. The push-strength training routine helps in building overall strength but focuses majorly on the arms. Along with the clip, Shanaya wrote, “No-offs”.
Shanaya's workout diary doesn't end here. She dropped a video on her Instagram, wherein she can be seen working out with a 60 kg barbell in her hand. TBH, Shanaya made this extreme workout appear like a cakewalk. This intense weight training aids in building thigh muscles but focuses greatly on the glutes.
