TV star Avneet Kaur recently made her Bollywood debut with Tiku weds Sheru, co-starring Nawazuddin Siddiqui. While her acting chops on the silver screen were a revelation for many, Avneet's sartorial choices have been impressing us for a long time. Her latest fashion outing was seen at the premiere of Janhvi Kapoor and Varun Dhawan starrer, Bawaal, and it was as stylish as expected. The backless ruched maxi dress has been making the rounds on the fashion scene and Avneet Kaur has clearly picked up on it in a teal one to match it. The backless design of the stunning blue number extended into a ruched gathering below the waist. The ensemble was held together with tie-up straps, which were loosely tied on her shoulder, to give a dramatic touch to the fashion outing. She took the minimalistic route for the glam as well. Her matte-finish skin was paired with enough contouring and a dab of highlighter on the cheekbones. Avneet finished off with fluttery eyelashes, glossy nude lips and shiny open tresses, styled in waves.

While Avneet Kaur's backless aqua blue dress was surely a statement piece, it reminded us of Sonam Bajwa's breathtaking fashion moment. Not too long ago, Sonam Bajwa set the temperature soaring on social media as she posted a series of pictures in the same dress but this time in red. The bold number could have been the reason for many casualties. Thankfully, the actress stood under the shower to douse off the fire her red ensemble caused. Just like Avneet Kaur's outfit, Sonam's red dress also had a similar ruched detailing at the back as well as loosely tied straps. She accompanied the fashion outing with bold red lips.
