Take one tablespoon of finely ground coffee. Add one tablespoon each of coconut oil and sugar, mix well. Gently massage this scrub and then wash it off with water

Take one tablespoon of turmeric, and a tablespoon of yoghurt. Mix well. Massage this scrub for 30 to 40 seconds and rinse off with water
