For the launch of NMACC, Karisma turned up in a stunning custom Rahul Mishra Couture. She wore a lovely 3D hand-embroidered Cosmos Galaxy fish-cut corset trail gown from the designer's Couture Spring 2023 collection. Her gorgeous strapless deep blue gown featured a plunging neckline and a body-hugging nature that enhanced her curvaceous body. The intricate multi-coloured 3D embroidery and a long trail gave it a wonderful twist. Karisma added hoops, rings and unique see-through hand chains. For makeup, she chose light lavender shimmery eyes, kohl-rimmed eyes and a dash of pink shade on her lips. Her hair was neatly secured in a bun.

Karisma Kapoor loves romancing with gorgeous outfits. Previously, we saw her acing a breathtaking gown from fashion designer Rana Gill's latest collection “Casa dei Fiori.” The beautiful backless number came with multi-coloured printed designs in blue, red, yellow and white shades all over. The floral embellishments at the bodice and a belt-like detail cinched at the waist suited the OOTD. What was more appealing were the frills and pleat patterns below the waist. To amp up her look, the actress added a colourful heavily embellished, sequined golden blazer. With her kohl-rimmed eyes, contoured cheeks and a nude shade on the lips, she looked amazing as she tied her hair in a half-up half-down hairstyle.
